Summary

All buildings which house offenders at facilities under the jurisdiction of the Board of Corrections shall meet the following criteria: (a) The physical aspects of each building shall conform to the security requirements dictated by the classification of offenders to be housed therein. (b) Buildings shall meet or exceed the minimum fire safety standards as established by the State Fire Marshall's office.

All buildings which house offenders at facilities under the jurisdiction of the Board of Corrections shall meet the following criteria:

(a) The physical aspects of each building shall conform to the security requirements dictated by the classification of offenders to be housed therein.

(b) Buildings shall meet or exceed the minimum fire safety standards as established by the State Fire Marshall's office.
