Inmates are put there for refusing housing, needing protective custody.
I was there for years I have seen the cert team and the LTs and others take an inmate that went to chow to eat and refuse to go back to his building fearing for his life. These officers put the inmate in cuffs and drag them back to their buildings. the wardens watch all this. It happens on a regular basis. The wardens are no fking joke and the warden over care and treatment does not care. I have never seen a higher up that wasn\\\'t corrupt. They don\\\'t care about anything. Why they haven\\\'t been replaced is way beyond me.
