Is my information private?
Yes. Your personal information and conversations are kept confidential. We never share your data with correctional facilities or law enforcement.
How do I update my profile?
Tap on Settings from the home screen, then select "Edit Profile" to update your information.
Can I use this offline?
Some content is cached for offline viewing, including articles you've previously read. However, the AI assistant and legal search require an internet connection.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to create a new password.
Who can see my incident reports?
Only GPS staff can view your reports. Your identity is protected and will not be shared without your explicit permission.

🔧 Troubleshooting

App won't load or crashes

  • Make sure you have an internet connection
  • Close the app completely and reopen it
  • Check if an app update is available
  • Restart your device if problems persist

Can't log in

  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Use "Forgot Password" if you can't remember your password
  • Make sure Caps Lock isn't on when typing your password

Content not loading

  • Check your internet connection
  • Pull down to refresh the screen
  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data

AI Assistant not responding

  • Wait a moment - responses can take up to 30 seconds
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try starting a new conversation
