Specifically, I request: 1. A complete list of all commissary items authorized for sale across Georgia Department of Corrections facilities. 2. The wholesale or vendor acquisition cost of each item. 3. The inmate retail price charged at the facility commissary. 4. Any documents or communications that show pricing adjustments or revisions effective November 1, 2025, including rate-change notices provided to inmates or staff. 5. If the master commissary file is maintained electronically, please provide it in a machine-readable format (e.g., Excel, CSV, or PDF). I request that any applicable fees be communicated to me prior to processing.
