    "content": "SOP 103.74\nAttachment 1\n\n10/06/2026\n\n\n**GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS**\n# **LICENSE PLATE READER SYSTEM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM**\n\n\n**EMPLOYEE / AUTHORIZED USER INFORMATION**\n\n\n\n**Name**\n\n\n**Job Title / Position**\n\n\n**ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONDITIONS OF USE**\n\n\n**By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that:**\n\n\n\n**Employee ID / Badge Number**\n\n\n**Facility / Unit / Division**\n\n\n\n**1. Authorized Use.** I will access and use License Plate Reader Systems only for legitimate, authorized GDC business and only\n\n\n\nas necessary to perform my assigned duties.\n**2. Compliance.** I will comply with applicable laws, GDC policies and procedures, access restrictions, training requirements, and\n\n\n\ninstructions governing the use of License Plate Reader Systems and information obtained through them.\n**3. Confidentiality and Security.** I will protect system credentials and investigative information from unauthorized access,\n\n\n\ndisclosure, alteration, or use. I will not share my account or credentials with another person.\n**4. Prohibited Misuse.** I will not use License Plate Reader Systems for personal reasons, curiosity, unauthorized surveillance,\n\n\n\nharassment, retaliation, private gain, or any purpose unrelated to authorized GDC duties.\n**5. Monitoring and Accountability.** I understand that access, searches, queries, and other system activity may be logged,\n\n\n\nreviewed, audited, or investigated to verify lawful and appropriate use.\n**6. Reporting.** I will promptly report suspected misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, credential compromise, or other\n\n\n\nsecurity concerns through the appropriate GDC reporting channel.\n**7.
