Qualifying offenders will now have the chance to mentor other offenders in a wide range of areas while incarcerated. In order to implement the program, Pathfinders Mentoring Training will be required for all selected offender mentors. This 7-to-14-week standardized training course written by Central Georgia Technical College equips attendees with developmental, interpersonal, & facilitation skills.
