(2) All inmates, except diagnostics in the diagnostic and classification programs shall receive adequate clothing as provided for in the Department's Procedures. (3) Diagnostics in the diagnostic and classification programs shall be provided the minimum clothing required to assure maintenance of health and sanitation standards as required by the Department's Procedures. (4) Each institution shall maintain an inventory of clothing adequate to assure a seasonally appropriate initial issue and provide replacement clothing as required by the Department's Procedures.
