Swab inside of cheek using _**ALL Four**_ buccal swab provided in kit. ## → SOP 208.04 Attachment 1 6/12/2015 3. Seal swab envelope with **RED Evidence tape only**, _**DO NOT MOISTEN ADHESIVE**_ to seal. 4. Place DOC submission form and swab envelope into shipping envelope. # → 5. Seal shipping envelope with Kit Sealing Tape and mail to GBI.
