SUMMARY:
This is an inspection form used to document the condition of cells housing juvenile offenders in restrictive housing or administrative segregation. Staff inspect and record the condition of cell fixtures and components (lights, doors, locks, walls, windows, beds, toilets, sinks, showers, and other items). Juvenile offenders sign the form acknowledging they may be charged with a disciplinary report (DR) and held financially responsible for any damage or discrepancies found in their assigned cell.
