**SAMPLE SENTENCE LANGUAGE**

**The following is the recommended sentence language:**

**"Defendant is remanded to the custody of the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation**
**Boot Camp for a period of 120 days computed from the time of initial confinement in the unit.**
**The Department may release the defendant no earlier than 90 days in recognition of excellent**
**behavior. The period of confinement shall be followed by a period of intense supervision as**
**outlined in the attached Special Conditions.**
