**SAMPLE SENTENCE LANGUAGE**

The following is the recommended sentence language:

"Defendant is remanded to the custody of the Probation Detention Center for a period of not less
than 60 nor more than 180 days."

It is recognized that the court may utilize other sentence language and structure it deems
appropriate.
