SUMMARY:

Reference:

Dear Governor Perdue:

We are in receipt of a request for temporary custody for the above
named inmate from

requesting that the above named inmate be released into the custody of
his/her agent for return to

The inmate has been advised of this request for temporary custody and
he (does) (does not) desire to return to this state for trial.

We have reviewed the case, and it is our recommendation that subject
