SUMMARY:
This form is used to track monthly swine inventory and livestock management at Georgia Department of Corrections facility farms. It documents beginning and ending inventory counts, purchases, sales, transfers, births, deaths, and slaughter activities for various categories of hogs including pre-weaned pigs, feeder pigs, finishing hogs, boars, breeding gilts, and sows. RETENTION SCHEDULE:
This form, upon completion, will be kept in a filing area for three years, one year active and two years
inactive. A copy should be forwarded to Central Farm to be kept in a filing area for five years, one year
active and four years inactive, then destroyed.
