Submit Incident Report

We investigate conditions inside Georgia’s prisons. Your firsthand knowledge helps us expose what’s happening and push for change.

What to report:

  • Violence, use of force, or suspicious deaths
  • Medical neglect or denied care
  • Staff misconduct or absence
  • Extortion, gang control, or threats
  • Retaliation for grievances or complaints
  • Conditions during lockdowns or emergencies
  • Programs promised but never provided
  • Anything that doesn’t seem right

Who can submit:

Whether you’re currently incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, a family member, staff, or anyone else with knowledge—we want to hear from you.

What happens next:

Your submission goes to our team for review. We may use it to investigate a story, corroborate other reports, or document patterns over time. We never publish information that identifies our sources.

You can remain anonymous or provide contact information if you’d like us to follow up.
