# Write the Board of Corrections

The Georgia Board of Corrections is the citizen board that sets policy for the state's prison system. They can order changes the wardens can't — like separating gangs, fixing food and medical care, and requiring public reporting.

Pick a board member and a message, and it opens in your own email to send. Your voice, from your own inbox, carries the most weight.

**Please keep it to policy.** These board members set statewide rules — they can't act on one person's individual case, and they don't handle parole or new laws.
