Location of death: Calhoun State Prison, Morgan, GA. | SEGREGATION CONFIRMED 2026-07-03: held in solitary/segregation in Calhoun State Prison's J Building from at least 2021-12-21 through death (>1 year), per the verified First Amended Complaint in Jacobs v. GDC, 4:25-cv-00111 (M.D. Ga.; removed from Muscogee County State Court SC2024CV002716). Complaint alleges a GDC employee disabled the water supply to his cell ~2023-01-27; contrary to GDC SOP 209.06, no 30-minute segregation rounds and no alternate drinking water were provided through his death; found emaciated 2023-02-05 (dead 7-8 hrs), ME ruled dehydration.
