Reported user/witness narrative: raped by cellmate, then placed in segregation. Found on the floor in a pool of urine with O2 sat ~80%. Fellow prisoners reported he had not eaten in several days. Back was broken. Officially classified by GDC as natural causes. Message states age 74 (DB has 73).
