GDC all-staff roster, August 2026

This is a request under the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq. I request a current roster of Department employees showing, for each employee: name, job title, and assigned facility or work location, covering all Department facilities and offices, as of the most recent date available in the Department's personnel or payroll system. This is a routinely maintained dataset, not a new compilation: the Department's personnel system necessarily records each employee's work assignment, and the State already publishes every employee's name, title, and salary in its annual salary disclosure. The only field this request adds to what is already public is the work location. The Department has produced a roster in exactly this form before under this Act — a facility-by-facility roster of employee names and job titles, dated November 22, 2023. Electronic delivery is preferred — a spreadsheet or CSV export from the system; the same PDF format as the November 2023 production is acceptable. Please treat this request as severable by facility: whatever is ready first can be produced first. Because this is an existing system report the Department has generated before, we anticipate no charge. If your office concludes a fee applies, please provide an itemized estimate before any work is undertaken, identifying the task, the hours, and the rate and position of the lowest-paid employee capable of performing it, as O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(c)(1) requires, with the first quarter hour uncharged.
