SAMPLE SENTENCE LANGUAGE

The following is the recommended sentence language:

"Defendant is remanded to the custody of the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation
Boot Camp for a period of 120 days computed from the time of initial confinement in the unit.
The Department may release the defendant no earlier than 90 days in recognition of excellent
behavior. The period of confinement shall be followed by a period of intense supervision as
outlined in the attached Special Conditions.
