Summary

This is a template letter used by the Georgia Department of Corrections to acknowledge receipt of a detainer filed against an inmate by another jurisdiction (such as a parole or probation authority). that you may arrange to take custody of him.

In the event the charges pending against this inmate are withdrawn prior to the expiration of his penitentiary sentence, it is requested that
you advise us.
