Circumstances: collapsed (fell backward onto concrete) the morning of 2024-02-13 while on a GDC work detail at the Ben Park / Bill Morris Park complex, Long County; last seen alive 0555 hrs (supervising officer C/O Dallas Dick); CPR begun by the officer and another inmate, 911 called; transported by Wayne EMS to Wayne Memorial Hospital (Jesup), pronounced 0945 hrs by Dr. Gerald Filmore.
