I. POLICY:

   Productivity standards for each operating unit will be
   maintained. This will include the specifics of work output a
   trained inmate work force should produce.

II. APPLICABILITY:

   G.C.I. Production Facilities

III. RELATED DIRECTIVES:

   NONE

IV. DEFINITIONS:

   Productivity Standards: A system by which production
   performance is measured, evaluated or predicted.

V. ATTACHMENTS:

   None

VI. PROCEDURE:

   A. Each plant manager and supervisor will compile a complete
      set of production output levels.

   B. Standards and production output need not be exactly
      precise, but may be based only on supervisor estimates.

   C. A written record of these standards should be filed with
      each Plant Manager and Operations Director.

   D. These standards shall be reviewed annually.
