Mr. Reed,I appreciate you sharing this with me. I know and have worked with the folks at the Georgia Innocence Project at the Capitol, and I am going to run this by them for their input as well.I am not an attorney, and on matters such as what you have requested, I seek input from those who work in the legal arena to gain additional perspective.
