Rogers State Prison — Deputy Warden (2021–2025, with later entries) The 14 deaths attributed to the deputy warden posting include: Chad Walker Jeter, 43, died March 17, 2021, with cause category 2 and no additional detail; Michael Glenn McKee, 59, and Jeremy Lasean Walton, 31, died May 22 and June 12, 2021, respectively, with GBI DOFS autopsies listing hanging as cause and suicide as manner.
